Delete Your Account

You can delete your TimeBook account here, or in the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account.

What gets deleted
  • Your name, phone number, email and profile photo
  • Your password, bank details, devices and sign-in history
What we keep

Records of deposits, withdrawals and settlements, without your personal details - we're required to keep them for accounting and audits.

When

Your account is locked straight away and deleted after 30 days. Changed your mind? Just sign in before then and it won't be deleted. Your savings must be withdrawn and nothing can still be waiting first.

Signed up with Google or SMS codes only, with no password? Set one first with Forgot password.
